It was an interactive session and the trainer related my questions to my professional area with good examples that I could understand very well.
I thoroughly enjoyed today. Good cohesion in our small group. Trainer very easy to relate to . A good use of my time, spent away from work.
Factual and informative. Good to re-visit skills as don't really have any training around this area day to day, so risks around becoming complacent around good record keeping good to re-visit to aid and support good practise.

The trainer managed to pivot to change the training to incorporate court skills as well as recording (as this was the title of the course that we had been sent). The trainer's personal skills and experience of the court arena were so helpful and made me feel more able to navigate this in the future as well as allowing me to identify areas where I need to go and further develop my confidence.
