I thought the course was excellence, and really give me a good insight to how things can go wrong if documentation is not written correctly, to protect patients and health professionals. I thought the consent and course materials where really good and easy to understand.

This has been enlightening and helps me to reflect when completing records to enable me to remember and give a good account when asked about the it 6 months or more after.
