The course was good and interesting, and I enjoyed it.
Leeanne has a lovely informative, yet relaxed presentation style. Made what can be a dry topic interesting and engaging.
It would have been helpful to have had the slides sent before the training. Otherwise the course was interactive, cases studies where engaging and though provoking. Highly relevant to role.
