Grainne provided a wonderful overview of Calibration with specific insight into areas that were a little grey beforehand. She performed calculations excellently and answered any questions we had. Grainne provided some great ideas for capturing our assessments using software applications. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this course to any colleague.
