Very interesting course which once I start implementing in my daily routine well take so much stress of my workload

Excellent. The only reason I have marked down the first two answers is because I know I won’t find it easy to change long-established behaviors. All WWU managers should attend this course within 12 months of joining the company. Had I attended 5 years ago I would have achieved more and found it easier to manage a very capable but very challenging individual.
