The course was very informative and I found the delivery excellent. John is an excellent presenter and it is clear to see he has an indepth knowledge of the Risk Management Standard and also the requirements of IVDR/ MDR. Also I very much appreciate John rescheduling the second day of training as a result of an unannounced audit.
really good introudction to quality risk assessment, the afternoon was abit rushed
John was an engaging presenter, got the concepts across well and focused on key areas.
Good course with useful notes and excellent knowledge from the tutor with brilliant examples of risk in manufacturing throughout the course.
Enjoyed the course as it was not to business like delivered
