Very well structured course and presentation notes from a very engaging subject matter expert. I would certainly consider (and be happy) attending another course run by this tutor and company.

Great course, good and open communications, encourages self thinking but steers those thoughts as well.

Very good overall. Learned a lot. Problem now doing an audit the correct way and trying to shoehorn into our existing system (checklist and reports etc).
