Excellent delivery by the presenter (Tom Keane). Course content was spot-on and very relevant. Tom involved all participants with plenty of interactive exercises and ensured that everyone fully understood the topic before moving on to the next. Highly recommend.

I liked how there were real world examples of threats and risks and how they were dealt with in the factory, I also liked that it was very interactive and kept us interested.

Great course that gave me an good introduction to Food Fraud, TACCP and VACCP. Tutor has an in-depth knowledge of the subject.

Really good course as a place to start on food fraud and adulteration, good reference documents provided, good understanding of how our suppliers should be assessing threats when it comes to food fraud and putting control measures in place. Would like to learn more about specific product categories we should be watching out for, emerging threats in today's world etc.
