Very happy with the course, I have studied HACCP previously but had forgotten much of it. This was really good for re-engaging and building on the understanding I had. Edel was a great trainer, the class flew by, all of us were kept engaged and she was very knowledgable.
A well worthwhile course which gave a better understanding of what we do on a daily bases.
