I am very new to the quality department, so this course gave me a great insight into not just food safety and quality but food defence and food fraud. Brian was very informative and answered any questions we had very well!

Excellent session, great engagement between tutor and the team. All participants felt objectives were achieved and felt empowered to go forward with the necessary knowledge to implement systems within their sites. With SQT courses its always great to have tutors who know and understand the industry.
