Content relayed very well and understandable. Made us feel safe to try the equipment in order to practise safely so that we are fully aware of what to do should there be a need to use them in an emergency

Videos were a bit dated and didn't show how to transfer someone from a wheelchair to the evac chair. Trainer is great, very knowledgeable and fun to learn from. As my first time doing it, made me confident to be able to do a fire chair evac on my own.
