Mr. Brown taught the class in an informative, and relaxed format. He encouraged discussion, but always kept us on point, and made us look forward to the advanced classes. Solid instructor.
This was a great course. Would definitely recommend to friends. Especially ACI.
good class to take generally. For managers with 5+ years exp. not for every day tech support peons.
This was an intense course, but with the instructor's help and guidance, the course was understood. The exams seem designed to link multiple choice answers to their corresponding questions. I can memorize this type of format, but I may be missing the overall view of the course. Maybe asking open questions to individual students to see if the class is getting the overall concepts could be beneficial.
Course was great and everyone in the room was great. Memorization is definitely the number one important thing to use!
I am satisfied with this course and the teachings I received.
Some of the material was difficult for myself and I am sure others. With that said maybe changing some things around would be great and making it a longer course to soak up in the information.
The ITIL 4 course is very dry; there's a lot of information to cover in two weeks. Dave, our instructor does a fantastic job of being a subject matter expert and breaking it all down to make it easy to understand. The amount of effort that Dave is putting in to make videos and supplementary material is astonishing. Overall, very honored and happy to have Dave as my instructor for this course.
