i have difficulty of obtaining info so I must listen o course over and over , so having class recorded and available for later viewing is important

Sunday was engaging, knowledgeable and creative in his edutaining. When a student has a question or wasn't understand parts of the material, he would go into depth to help the understanding. His course reviews were also SIGNIFICANT in the success of the course. Key words and redundancy of the information, while wrapping everything together is what makes ITIL exciting and memorable.

Very good course to start with, got me back into the study and learn practice. Its been awhile.

Overall, the instructor made the experience easier. I was afraid of failing due to NEVER having to deal with IT or anything related, but I've grasped the basic knowledge and I feel confident going forward.
