I don't think I would have been able to successfully pass the course and feel ready for the certification exam, without the instructor I had.

John Brown is a delightful instructor and good educator, both explaining the content well and connecting it to real world examples that were extremely helpful when it came to understanding and learning the content.

John was one of the best instructors I've had. He spoke in a well paced and understandable tone. He made everyday a learning experience.

As Dave explained and I agree with his statements, this course should be taught at the end of the program. I believe building a good foundation (start with A+ and work progressively towards sec+ and ITIL).

I would have preferred to have Dave teach the entire 10 weeks, instead of us getting a different instructor next week. Overall, great course!
