It’s a necessary spur for my initial indecision to start my portfolio pathway journey.
This course is an important step in my professional development and will support my progress towards the CESR pathway. It will help me strengthen my knowledge and practical skills, build confidence in areas where I have identified development needs, and apply my learning directly to my clinical practice. I am motivated to continue developing my skills and documenting my progress through my e-portfolio.
