As somebody new to the training profession I found the great majority of the course content to be relevant and interesting.
I knew nothing about the course content before I attended, therefore it wasn't quite what I was anticipating; however, I did enjoy it and for a two-day course with a lot of class exercises and participation, it covered a lot of ground.
I have always found that the more you put into a course the higher the benefit. This epitomizes the feeling I had with this course.
I found the course really interesting and useful. The facilitator was really good in explainning the situations and giving guidance to approach every conflilct.
George was great at keeping us engaged and involved throughout.
