The course was informative & served as a refresher on some subjects that I have covered before as well as adding some new insights.
Do the senior leadership do something similar as some of the 'negative' human traits discussed in the course I have seen in our 'leaders'. For the commitments, might be useful to have some examples to help people - these are behavioral which i personally find more difficult than lets say some sort delivery target.
I found it extremely thought provoking. The zoom chat was a little off putting as didn't work some of the time, Lot of people couldn't get connected along with me that is why I joined Vicky and Richard.
enjoyed the course very much however would much prefer it to be an "in person session" - interaction does not work online for me personally hence I was very pleased that the team in the St Neots office decided to set the course up together in a meeting room
very good course overall, Lou was brilliant. her training style helps keep peoples interest. best one yet.
Reminder of the Chimp was great, also helped me look back at things l wanted to change after my MDP course with Lou and realise that I have made changes in my own behaviours since Dec 2019.
Louise was really engaging and upbeat which made the course really easy to listen to and engage with. Normally easy for the mind to wonder onto emails etc but I didn't get that and really made me thinking about what I could change to not only help the business but myself as a person in my own private life. Looking forward to the next session!!
Good course. A good mix of active and passive parts of the course
The course was informative and there is a lot I took away from it, but I look forward to the day we can all move away from Virtual trainings sessions and return to everyone together in the classroom just my own opinion - knocked a star off for this
Found the course content useful and insightful. Would of liked a copy of the slides to read through after to recap on what we've spoken about.
