Steve is a fantastic trainer, I would go as far to say probably the best trainer I've had & I've done a lot of training courses. He kept it current, no one's attention wandered or felt bored, he had brilliant resources including current videos & books that were shared around the group. I would hope that we can request his return if future courses are required

It would be useful to get a copy of the slides but recognise copywrite issues etc.

It was a refresher course which I believe is needed for all, as it reaffirms your initial training but created more discussion on the practical solutions and challenges we face in our company today.
