I Enjoyed taking part in this course, and id highly reccomend to others also looking to further there personal development and job searching. however the workbook questions need some work. some of them didnt even have a question mark. and the ones that did read more like a statement rather than a question. thanks

If it was in a classroom based where everyone was there I believe we could have done some more face to face customer service skills, Over all well presented prepared an observed and very well executed programme.
