Very good course, joining instructions could of been made clearer.
Thank you very much Tracey. I found the course excellent and very informative, and I definitely have the tools now to help and better understanding of technical writing of reports and protocols.
Really enjoyed the course. Definitely put my mind at ease for future report writing and gave me some good tips to take away.
Brian had clearly taken the time to find out my experience before hand and he tailored the training session to meet my needs. He adapted the course from a group session to a one-one workshop which worked very well. The course met my objectives and I found Brian's relaxed, conversational style of training worked very well. He regularly checked with me that the course was fulfilling my requirements throughout the session. I went away from it with new tools and confidence in my ability as a technical writer.
