Being a very empathic person, I realised that I need to take more notice of my own feelings and emotions before caring for others sometimes.

Today was really interesting and engaging and I enjoyed the time I spent in the call. All of the questions were answered in a helpful way and helped to give me an idea of how to approach future roles and how to prepare for them too.
