I would thoroughly recommend the Mental Health First Aid course to everyone, it is an invaluable life skill for us all. I would also recommend the instructor training to anyone who works with others. It is a fantastic course.
Really enjoyed, bit of a rollercoaster week for me, but I am happy to have attended the course with Rhys and Ellender and my group were also amazing.

The course sets a fantastic tone and supports all abilities in terms of understanding, I will stick with this ethos to ensure that all who attend the course know that they will be capable MHFAiders.
I can't stress enough how much I loved this course. Gwen and Rhys are just lovely people, they really put you at ease and after a few hours you feel like you're pals just meeting up for a chat. Thats a good training skill to have. I've just completed the online face to face upskill, I would have loved to have seen the outtakes :) Thank you both for a cracking week.

Very good course. Trainers made me feel comfortable and a lovely group of participants too. Would recommend this course and I am really looking forward to delivering it, Also good website too. It is also nice to know the trainers are on hand to help when we need and made me feel like I am supported.
