Excellent course. Alot of ground covered, Trainer patient and helpful. The correct number of breaks added through the day.

Really good course, content is really helpful and the trainer was amazing. Knowledgeable, and taking care that everyone was follow the explanation and understanding the exercises. Richard was really good. Sometimes is not easy to do spreadsheets entertaining and he did really well.

Trainer was very good at adapting to learner requitrements and skill levels. He was very patient when i was making mistakes and encouraging to help find resolution.
