Ian is very helpful, and good at explaining things and keeping everyone on track. Also very helpful at teaching you new skills in Microsoft on the way.
Really useful and educational course, Ian was very knowledgeable and also enhanced my knowledge on the use of word and excel documents.
I enjoyed the course, I just would prefer in person training as a personal preference.
