Trainer was very knowledgeable and made it very interesting. The only thing was that we are most lone workers and could have had more about loan workers
very good and thought provoking course which i got a lot out of.
A very thought provoking course. Great delivery of the course by the trainer and also the range of techniques used to deliver the course. Fantastic to see everyone actively engaged and participating. Lots of great takeaways and in particular how important it is to actively listen when many of the signs of mental ill health cannot be seen.
Simon was excellent and found this to be one of the best courses I have attended for a long time
