Glyn was very engaging and explained all the relevant tools in detail. He made the content feel less daunting and answered any queries i had straight away. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent course. It was presented in a way that was very easy to follow. I thought the format of the instructor performing tasks and explaining them and then giving the attendees a chance to replicate the tasks and ask questions was very effective. I also enjoyed how it progressed from basic tasks that were used as a foundation to build upon with more complex skills later on. I really took away a lot that I will be able to use in the future.

I felt the course was good but i wanted to learn more around short cuts, things that would make my job faster, the trainer was good and engaging, the material for what i do felt basic, personally think it needs a review as this could be added to a beginner course

The session was extremely helpful to recap on existing knowledge and to learn some new shortcuts and tools which I'm sure will come in handy in my day to day tasks. Glyn was great and answered all of the questions we had.

The trainer was very friendly and patient with us, and happy to go over points we didn't understand. I struggled slightly to follow the little work exercises but that may have been due to my own issues with my notes.
