I found the course very interesting and will hopefully be able to apply a lot of the new things i have learned into my day to day work as a lot of the things discussed today where very new to me that i have never tried before!
This course and the trainer were both very well executed and they were well presented

This course has been fun and interactive, I feel I learn best whilst testing out the instructions and Rich was a great support and teacher. I have learned lots of techniques and tricks today to help with my role and responsibilities.

Richard led the course very well and was extremally professional at all times, I found Richard to very patient and understanding. The knowledge that he brought along with him was second to none. I have come away from today's course feeling very enthusiastic and happy
