As a person lacking vision I found the personal purpose Module very helpful.

I really enjoyed this module was a great way to get you thinking about aspects you might have not considered before such as personal purpose. Also thought to be reminded and made aware of \organisation politics was brilliant.

Really interesting, loved the concept of positive politics and that I can take it away as a development area.

Relevant materials and engaging speakers

I was not a big fan of organizational politics, but taking this session has helped me to understand how it can be used to help me, and that not taking part can also be interpreted as agreeing to power and to the majority. Lou's comments 'its ok to say NO' and 'Be healthily selfish' are take backs for me from this session!

Something I have never properly thought of, purpose, why I was born etc. homework will actually be challenging...:D

1) The content of the training is very substantial. 2) Some of the questions which brought out from the facilitators in the worksheet - really remind me to think about them which I may not aware before. 3) The discussion room during the training - happy sharing! we can share our thoughts there with our classmates.

very thought provoking content, there's a lot that is covered and does require lots of thinking time outside of the class but all very productive and helpful.

I have LOVED this course so far, it has really made me think more deeply about things that I haven't done or struggled with previously
