Really beneficial for someone just beginning their career

The course aligns perfectly with my goals and ambitions within the company. Lou is great at delivering the material and I can tell she has a huge insight in how I can become the best version of myself within my role. I’ll definitely be able to learn a lot

Really good level of interaction vs material

So far I am enjoying this thoroughly and it is making me ask questions of myself that I wouldn't normally ask, and think about things in a different light and perspective.

Was really insightful and made me think of things in a different way than I have before!

Very happy with the topic covered and the manner in which it is being delivered. I like how it is structured but feel informal at the same time.

Facilitators completely have you at ease - very personable - making a course that is out my comfort zone, feel more manageable.

Todays session was helpful to me on a personal level. It’s great to explore some of the skills that i am looking to grow, eh confidence and my personal brand.

I think smaller group (3~5 people) would be helpful for discussion.

Some of the pdfs we were given didn't match up with the presenter's which made breakout groups difficult at times. A little more clarify on the discussions would be good too!
