The trainer Pat was fantastic He was honest, engaging and clear and supported participation, asking group to reflect and remaining to ask questions even if quiet Resonated with me, Thank you so much

Enjoyable session, useful to learn new theories, share experiences from people who work in different teams and apply to own circumstances
For the future it would have been better to have a 15 min break after each hour instead of half hour after an hour and a half. 1.5 hrs of concentration is really hard.

Absolutely brilliant course. really helped reinforce some of the things i knew and gave me new tools and skills too. Rich was a great trainer and had loads of incredible experience to draw on and illustrated his points extremely well. would definitely recommend to colleagues.
