Really good module and delivered by Sean brilliantly. It was really interactive too which i liked. I wasn't sure what to expect with it not been face to face and delivered over zoom but i feel like i have learnt just as much as i would've in a classroom environment and feel ready to start on my assignments.

The course was fantastic and I will certainly be utilising the TED technique within my role. Also to use appreciate inquiry will make me a more positive practitioner by being an active listener!
