Excellent course. Very productive session which more than met expectations.
Enjoyable; a number of good points to ponder, but not so much that it becomes tedious and a lecture.
Enjoyed it... liked that very good is OK and to use reviews to make smaller changes. Also that I need to encourage context on words to managers when conducting conduct or performance investigations
