Excellent course. Mark put me at ease from the start and is very knowledgeable
Having been on management courses in the past (and walked away extremely disappointed, feeling I’d lost a day of my life that I’d never get back), I was not looking forward to it. I’m leaving my first of three sessions truly believing that I’ve actually been trained in management. I feel I am now in a better position to reflect upon my management based on what I have learnt today

Absolutely loved it thank you. I was a bit skeptical initially about how training could support me in a management role but it’s given me so much to think about and lots of different method and theories I can implement going forwards.
The training was really useful. Providing the powerpoint straightaway would help reflection.

Helen was excellent and knowledgeable. She demonstrated her credibility as a coach throughout the session. This was a good introduction to coaching skills for those new to it and a good reminder for more experienced colleagues.
