The trainer Shaun was fantastic, very engaging, inclusive and made the session interesting and held the rooms interest

Great, some very practical tips and I enjoyed the exercises.

I enjoyed the session today it was very informative with the right level of material, powerpoint and time to have discussions.

Really good. I like the balance of theory vs exercises. It was not death my PowerPoint and the slides where not overloaded with Mark sharing knowledge and engaging the group to participate. Tip Top!
