Absolutely loved it thank you. I was a bit skeptical initially about how training could support me in a management role but it’s given me so much to think about and lots of different method and theories I can implement going forwards.
The training was really useful. Providing the powerpoint straightaway would help reflection.
Participating in this programme has enhanced my understanding of management and leadership. These skills will be instrumental in developing my own role and empowering me to support my staff in various ways. As someone new to the position, this knowledge has boosted my confidence. Helen was excellent and knowledgeable. She demonstrated her credibility as a coach throughout the session. This was a good introduction to coaching skills for those new to it and a good reminder for more experienced colleagues.
