The trainer was very knowledgeable and her enthusiasm was infectious..very good materials given for us to use. I just wish the workshop could have been longer! Will definitely be using what I have learnt in today’s workshop.
Really great trainer. I have been on a lot of similar sessions to this and this is the one which has really had the most impact. Trainer was really engaging and used a lot of real life analogises which helped to put the work into context. Thank you, really made me think and has given me some things to look into :)

Was a very great training I must say, excellent instructor
I really enjoyed the course. It made me think about my own examples and how I could have dealt with them better. It was very engaging. Had the opportunity to work in pairs and discuss ideas and options with another colleague. I hope when we receive the slides that there will be examples of phrases to be able to use that I havent written down.
