A lot of information to take on board and try to apply.
This course was not helpful to me for a number of reasons. Firstly i am not currently required to manage any projects. Secondly i am Prince 2 and MSP qualified. I didnt learn anything new from this.
Good training, very informative and will use The Grow Model in practice with my families to achieve an end goal.
Much longer than needed and a lot of duplicated content from other modules
I've struggled with this module, it didn't really feel as though it related to Business Planning as it was all around PDRs.
I feel a lot of the learning discussed in today's course has been covered before in previous nurse training courses. This module/ session would be more appropriate for junior members of staff such as student health visitors/ school nurses or nursery nurses.
