Enthusiastic trainer and well thought out, useful examples. Great help in completing the next workbook.
For me this session was a great refresher for the Leadership study I did back in 2009. I found the trainer very knowledgeable and the group engaging which found the learning more enjoyable. It was good to hear about other managers roles and some of the difficulties they come up against. Looking forward to the next module.
