poor sound quality not the trainers fault. However, i felt we spent too long in break out rooms and the slides were not up long enough to get a photos.
The connection was poor so difficulty in hearing the course leader clearly.
Few technical glitches in the morning with sound and connection but trainer managed well, thank you
Difficult day due to connection however course itself and trainer are interesting
