As it was a group of 2, the very small class size actually helped the overall delivery of the content I felt as we got much more out of the trainer.

Very informative session, good use of discussion and practical examples rather than endless slides of theories and models. I have taken a lot from the session and has motivated me to further explore the content and self reflect on my leadership style and skills
