Good session, a lot of new information that I havent covered on previous leadership courses which has been really interesting.
Sean was very knowledgeable and you can tell he knows the material inside out rather than constantly referring to slides, he was able to drop useful models and theories in during the course which I have noted for future follow up - this was one of the first sessions where I felt comfortable with the task given each time in the breakout room where during previous courses I've spent the first few minutes with colleagues trying to work out exactly what we do. Really enjoyed it.
