Excellent course with a knowledgeable trainer!
Enjoyable session with a trainer who knew the content extremely well..lots of practical examples and chance for input. Breakout room discussions and activities were well developed and well thought out to enable us to understand how this would be relevant to our job roles.
I enjoyed the day but found this session to be the hardest to take in so far.
I feel the subject was very dry, that was in no way the trainer's fault Bernie did a great job of keeping it interesting.
I find online delivery difficult to engage with. I'd welcome opportunity to have some in person sessions
