It was ok, did not like the comparison between trump and obama.Response : Good morning Serusha, thank you for your feedback from yesterdays training. We read all feedback and amend our courses if required. Although I see you enjoyed the day and found it helpful, I am sorry you didn't like the exercise we used with American presidents to demonsdtrate the Leadership shadow. Really enjoyed the sessions Reminded me to review and look at my personal development plan Also to look more at emotional intelligence, and review where I am at, and reflective on how others perceive me.

Very interesting and relevant training, although I have attended similar sessions in previous leadership and management qualifications, this session provided new material, new models I hadnt heard of before and different perspectives which I found really interesting

I have previously done training on leadership at a number of different organisations hence the reason for the ‘no’ answers
