I really enjoyed todays sessions. The pace and the delivery was spot on for me and it didn't drag or feel over delivered. Mix of slides, padlet and discussion was also a real positive. I like the three 1.5 hr sessions.
Very useful day, gained a lot of leadership experience around managing change and particularly found it helpful that Bernie our trainer joined us in the breakout rooms and actively participated rather than just listening to helps us feel confident we were on the right track.
Really enjoyed the day and learnt a lot which i will be using in my role going forward. I enjoyed having a small amount of people on the course as it ensured we had better conversations and shared our experiences.
