I was dreading this module as had no understanding of budgets or financials but now realise this is not just about numbers and have come away with a better understanding of budgets and how my role fits in.

Really useful and informative day. Great group discussions - the cohort members are getting more familiar with each other which makes it easier to have discussion.

The day was great, after the Christmas period this has reenergised myself to want to push forward with completing the next module and assignment, along with taking away from the session things I will be able to put into practise in my current role.
