Very good trainer with a good delivery of the subject matter which was relevant to the course and my current role.
I like the POSED acronym for feedback and will look to include this in future.

Mark is a fantastic trainer. Really engaging and clued up on the subject. Good level of engagement from the other participants really help the day to flow

Shame that the IT for others wasn't working or that they weren't accessing via the tablet we were issued with...something needs to be looked at with other services in allowing attendees to access fully. Mark did well in trying to keep all engaged.
