Great delivery understanding of the course. It was a little like a light bulb moment getting how others actually see me and how it affects the teams I manage
I really enjoyed the topic and discussions in this module. The trainer came across as very knowledgeable on the subject and delivered the day really well.
Really useful session and will help me to develop a PDP taking learning from the 360 feedback and the useful models shared in the workshop
Very enjoyable, wasn’t sure how it would work on teams but it went very well I felt. Good to work from home with no distractions apart from the cat!
