Very interesting again, Mark is a very good trainer, very enthusiastic. He relates real life examples back to the content of the course and obviously has a very good knowledge of the subjects.

Excellent Delivery and involvement

I really enjoyed the workshop. I enjoyed having group discussions and listening to other people's ideas, the trainer was great and made the workshop fun and enjoyable. The content of the workshop has really helped me.

The introductory workshop has been very helpful and has answered the questions that I had. The trainer was excellent and explained things clearly. I feel a lot more confident starting the course and now look forward to starting Module 1.

A lot to take in but that is to be expected. Just need to crack on and it will be better.
