Practical reflection on leadership and management is a defining strength: attendees explore models, communication, equality, diversity, teams and project work through workplace examples, group discussions, breakout activities and polls. They describe trainers as knowledgeable, approachable and engaging, with clear explanations, supportive challenge and a safe atmosphere that encourages participation. Well-structured sessions, varied materials and useful links to assignments help learners build confidence and apply ideas to their teams and everyday roles, although some find the content compact.

I had a brilliant day. Pat was great and I really enjoyed the use of the chat function in addition to breakouts as it made it all feel a bit more interactive
Very interesting and informative enjoyable al round.
Really enjoyable session and good group activities
I enjoyed these sessions, Bernie was very knowledgeable on the subject and has provided me with a solid foundation for me to build on when writing the assignment for Module 4.
