Mark was a good trainer. Really clear. Easy to listen to. The only think that passed me by was the chart/graph that we had to use for the supermarket activity (i just find graphs hard to follow sometimes). Many thanks Adam

Really enjoyed today. I found it good to be sharing and discussion situations with people outside of my usual work base. Martyn was very knowledgeable, engaging and with a sense of humour I look forward to the next session

Lots of theories presented clearly. Good mix of group time, survey feedback, discussion and presentation . I liked the repeated use of the iceberg analogy which became clearer and more understandable through repetition.

Helpful to module 1 feel about more confident about completing the assignment, having self awareness , areas to develop
